Eventually I believe that is exactly what you will see up there. The entire mountain will be 2MT CTC with dispatcher controlled crossovers except over the top from East Norden (CP RV192) to Shed 47 (CP RV196) which will remain single track. I just don't see the old #1 ever coming back between those points. They could move the control point west from Shed 47 to Eder and extend the 2MT a little more, but even that I would be surprised to see.
