Chiloquin is north of Klamath Falls, and south of Chemult. Those two points are the endpoints of where the BNSF "Inside Gateway" line and the UP main from Sactramento CA to Portland OR operate over shared trackage.

So every north-south UP and BNSF train between CA and Oregon will go throuh Chiloquin (except those taking the long way via routes far to the east).
