You're both correct. This does modify the Narcoa event as the bridge is unsuitable for passage however we will work with Narcoa to try and make the best of the situation. The south end of the railroad is still a very beautiful section of railroad between MP 3 and MP 19.5. I'll even go as far as to state that i much prefer the scenery south of Santa Cruz to that north of Santa Cruz. But you cant beat those nearly unobstructed views of the ocean for 10 miles during sunset...
