OK. Forgive me for I am not and never have been a working rail so here's my question. It's going to be real dumb but here goes anyway. Do you folks have vehicles such as sedans, carry all's, vans, pick-ups, flat bed's, dumps, low boys etc. with speedometers which register speed in reverse? Or do you use a stop watch between mile markers? I have never operated nor owned one which did and I have been operating motor vehicles of verious descriptions for 59 years. Documenting that one is going to be the ultimate challenge. Go for that one in court councilor. He was traveling 6.53814 miles per hour in reverse. Give me a break. Oh and by the way. How do you document a moving window of 150 feet? Some jerk in the legal department got paid for that? There should be some people on mahogany row hitting the bricks that's so cover your hiney stupid.
