Among the GWR Consolidations, the 60 was the youngster of the group, built in the late 30's IIRC. Same sized cylinders (19 by 26) and boiler pressure (200 lbs.) as Sierra Ry. 34, but has larger drivers, 50 or 51 inch vs. 46 inch.

What I find a little puzzling is that she appears to have been used less as there are not as many photos around of her in service as the others.
