Amtrak electric in Oakland

The first Amtrak electric loco from Siemens was brought from Sacramento to Oakland today, sandwiched between P42s 45 & 199. Unfortunately, the whole thing is covered in a thick, blue shrinkwrap. Originally, it was going to head east on tomorrow's #6; however, it will now be held in Oakland for "legal reasons." This might have to do with the fact that the handbrake is unaccessible due to the wrapping.
Once they're in full production,the plant expects to release two units per month.
