Foamer---maybe you had better get your facts straight.
From June 15, 1966 until October 8th of 2002, I worked in the office furniture industry delivering, of all things, office furniture! For the last 18 years of that I drove Class 8 equipment for them, doubles and 48' dry boxes. I have scars that have scars, 10 bad discs in my back, a damaged right hip, and a worn out left knee. Not to mention the residue from a broken wrist in 1984 and a broken leg in the fall that forced me into retirement in 2002.
As for physical labor, you probably don't exert yourself any more than exercise of your right hand.
And, to the person who wondered why my photos no longer appear here, ask posters like "foamer".
