I hear the same thing in Clovis, The Pecos River is next. I did see what looks like bridge parts in Ft. Sumner. I imagine another factor in Vaughn is the crossing of the UP. I bet UP wants any new tracks to allow space for double tracking while the current configuration only has room for a single track under the BNSF.
