Regarding the bridges, the RTC has stated publically they will prioritize the repairs if they don’t have the funds to do all of them at once. The bidder will announce a schedule after they are awarded the contract later this year.
Regarding freight traffic, it is slow now, but will pick up as the biofuel plant ramps up production and the refrigerated freight customers start shipping by rail later this month. Big Creek takes cars on a regular basis and a centerbeam was delivered to them today.
