Calgary update anyone?? Detours? "Richardson"?

Thanks to those who replied to my first request for info. Anyone hear of detours? And the earlier thread mentioned "Richardson"--I've seen that name of lots of tank cars, but never covered hoppers, where are they located and what do they produce? Also, any impact on the CN or shortlines? Again, many thanks in advance to those who reply. In spite of occasional rants by a few, the best and most useful information is usually found on this discussion board. Thanks all!!
