Here are some links about Richardson. Some of their grain/oilseed trains have been seen coming down the UP out of Eastport, ID, to processing plants in the U.S.

As for detours and resumption of service, CP was expected to have trains running via Crowsnest Pass some time yesterday. UP began staging several northbounds at sidings between Spokane and Eastport over the weekend, and late yesterday there was a northbound who was told he'd meet a southbound at Bonners Ferry.
