Thank you, pdx, for pointing out what is
so wrong with Trains Magazine. I got
really, really tired of their "managers
are the only people who matter" attitude.
I quit subscribing because of that. The
media, in general, are VERY pro-management
and anti-labor, to the point of slanting
the "news" to make management look good
and labor look bad.

I really enjoyed Gearheadgrrrl's article --
SO refreshing after all the management-
worshipping I see almost everywhere else.
It's way past time someone called a spade
a spade, and told the truth. She is right,
even though she apparently has no real
credentials other than having been a truck
driver. Remember, "Truth is truth, no
matter who speaks it."
