#700 was never owned by Modoc Northern but by Lake County, though it was painted by Modoc Northern as their own. The engine was blown up and had freeze damage. Lake Railway paid for repairs and it may now belong to them, now lettered LRY #700. It is used as a switcher in Alturas and will sometimes double with #2809 on the road.
#1011 was abandoned by Modoc Northern at Canby, CA with a failed and seized traction motor. It now belongs to Frontier Rail (actual reporting marks might now be LRY) and was at Albany for a replacement traction motor, but needs additional work to return it to service.
#207 SW1000 that was at Railex in Wallula is now on the Yakima Central replacing the Brandt.
LRY, YCR and the switching operations for Railex properties are all Frontier Rail related companies.
I believe Modoc Northern #650 and 651 still belong to the leasing company who had been trying to sell them.
