This means coal will now resume running down UP's Ayer Sub out of Spokane after this brief hiatus.

Finer geography point. Don't go looking for PGE's power plant at Boardman. You have to travel a few miles west to Castle, OR, then south a few more miles on a branch to reach the powerplant.
