On UP the connection would be near MP 14.2 (just east of Parr Blvd.). It would angle across undeveloped/industrial land to Rheem on the BNSF. Full document linked on Trainorders for those so interested. It will save considerable time for BNSF trains operating to Oakland over the present routing via Richmond and the Siberia Lead to Stege.
