Grain export traffic.... in the tank?

I've noticed that there has been no grain moving through Temco in Tacoma since probably May or so... I though perhaps they were just shut down for maintenance or upgrades, but a recent trip south saw both Kalama terminals completely empty too... Are prices in the tank that badly that everyone or is everyone taking advantage of the slow season to to work.. I don't think I have ever seen grain this slow in the PNW, even in the summer.
