After Sierra Northern arrived on the scene the line appeared to be abandoned by rail fans and I wanted to document the line going forward. Before you know it the bridges will be repaired, the track will be rehabilitated and trains will be running pass MP 9.0. I would not be surprised to see a steam locomotive and maintenance/restoration shop located on the line eventually too. One day the Santa Cruz Branch Rail Line will be a must visit rail destination.
