UP will have 2 large culverts installed here by Monday and then will then start putting in tock and rip rap and will have the line back in service by September 30, 2013, it is amazing what railroad engineering departments and the contractors can do to get service restored. It is not like a State DOT doing the work where it will take years, many consultants and then many rounds of bids to contractors who stand around not doing any work, Look how quick the UP rebuilt the bridge over the American river in Sacramento.
