Interesting...I just took a quick tour of the line in Google Earth, imagery for the entire line is dated 5/27/2012. As stated, lots of washouts...the two most major ones are impressive. One of them measures about 0.4 miles in which there is absolutely no trace of the railroad left whatsoever, and the other measures about 0.5 miles, though at least the traces of the subgrade are left in parts of that washout. The connection to the mainline is also gone...appears UP has been doing a lot of drainage work along that stretch, and they have obliterated the interchange yard. Appears reinstalling the connection would require lengthening some of the culverts UP has put in and then essentially rebuilding the subgrade for the entire yard.
Eagle Mountain looks like it should be a very spooky place- still a lot of the houses standing. What is probably the old office building looks to be the only building still used, it has an attempt at a green lawn and looks maintained. Only rail equipment visible appears to be three flatcars. No SW-1200 visible, though there are rails going into one building. Overall, looks like a place you could very early get the heebee jeebees...
