I'm sorry if I seem to have missed a page but what is AAPRCO and what was the purpose of the move? I'm going to take a dumb guess. Ammerican Association of Private Railroad Car Owners? Close? Was this an excursion? Were there ticket holders aboard? Was this consist of beautifully cared for private passenger equipment to be used in a special event?
