Don't ever poke fun at what you think is your "aging" memory. You do quite well. Yes, I
always looked just a little closer when I saw SP 3200 and 3300 class locomotives.
Frank knew that I had a fondness for them also...years ago, he gave me a plate of of 3214
(7 years in Mexico and a few months on the NWP), 3232 (a Coast and Western Division engine
and also 3305 (spent a lot of years on the Portland Division and later worked on the Cal-P).
Frank used to railfan with Ben Griffiths a lot. They both used cameras that took PC or
postcard size negatives. They had this small metal frame and would set it alongside the rail
with the milepost displayed, much like enginemen would change the train indicators.
