Re: UPP 210 Mobile laboratory

It is a former dyno car now used to test various things UP wants to test on a moving train. I've seen photos of it being used for locomotive testing. I've also seen it used to check the ride and handling of auto racks in a train many years ago. It doesn't seem to get out that much though there is a photo of it between 2 EMD demonstrators in the October Railroads Illustrated.
