Flag test

This afternoon I saw managers setting up a flag test just inside of the north switch of Swain (Brooklyn sub Oregon) The flag was low down between the rails just before a yellow red flag protecting the bridge work on the Willamette bridge. Later I heard on the radio Amtrak 14 passed the test.
