25 Hour Day

I remember reading years ago about a railroad which actually would stop all trains during the "duplicated" hour during the change from Daylight Savings to Standard Time. This was done so as to eliminate any possibility of confusion with scheduled meet times, trainorder times etc. Anyone know which railroad this was?
