So was yours truly Rich...Karl was engineer, Pete Rogers who I worked with at Standard Oil,
was fireman, Joe Ward was the conductor, Chris Collins was rear brakeman and I was the head
brakeman as well as nite hostler. Just about the best experience that I've ever had around
a railroad. One night around 1AM, we moved a couple cars around for that days train. Did it
as quietly as we could so's not to wake the campers nearby. Shay 7 was a really nice machine.
