Pretty "sure" it was "Do not enter", based on radio traffic.
In any event the crew man did NOT want to enter the unit. It took the words of the corridor manager to "reassure" the train crew that it was permissible, w/o disp signature, to enter/haul the unit to Proviso for maintenance.
