Yeah, they cite "ageing workforce" in the article. I am sure they are more than happy to have a worforce that is both paid less, and has lower health care costs. I have worked at two different companies in the last 10 years, that systematically "encouraged" all of its boomer middle managemnt people to take early retirement, and to go "work on their golf game."
