Accidents happen
It’s rough when you’re at track speed and some dummy is on the ROW (either on purpose or wasn't paying attention)and you know you’re going to hit them.
What makes I and other engine crews very angry is all the wasted time, paper work, investigations and delays to other trains
And to make it worse when the next of kin can’t just let it go and they try to sue us and make us relive the incident over and over again, and wasting more time and capitol
I wish this country had the guts to stop all unnecessary lawsuits before they start
People with a death wish should never involve others!
