Let the richest man in the world Carlos Slim, the multiple Mexican billionaires and the trillionaire Catholic Church support the toilet of Mexico
And use the money to 3 main track the rest of Cajon and San Bernardino subs, (and get a train to Las Vegas) 2 main track the UP Mojave sub and Metrolink San Diego sub, complete freeway projects like the I-710 freeway thru Pasadena (underground) the I-5 thru east LA
