The only question I can partially answer, is concerning Seattle Terminal Dispatcher. Yes, this position is staffed in Ft. Worth. Used to be staffed here locally, out of King St. Station I believe. Position exists due to high levels of traffic & lite power moves locally. Also used to handle mainline moves as far South as Tukwila / Black River Jct. Others who post here can elaborate I'm sure...
