This will be very helpful; "Be safe!"

The first two bullets are pretty standard fare, the third bullet captures an existing regulation that railroads a review of operational test data and the final bullet borders on crew consist issues.

Actually it will be useful to the agency in the inevitable upcoming hearings when it will be able to tick off the list of things it has done in response to the accident.
