Yes the fourth sub or Jaype branch will reopen. It is being rebuilt to haul logs to Lewiston. Work was halted waiting on permits to fix the washout at Rudo. But bridge 5 has been rebuilt and the washout at mp 9 is repaired. Not sure how long the permits will hold things up but plan b is to build shoo-flys around the washout there and the one at Haley. With the shoo-flys permits would not be required account staying out of the river. Log cars have been purchased and should be on the property soon. Thanks. Stan
