Oregon Pacific & Eastern Railroad Company is moving forward with a proposal to build a small narrow gauge railroad operation near Roseburg, Oregon. Company President Bob Larson says his company is using Indiegoo to raise funds to build the line. The plans call for building more than a mile of track that will be surrounded by wine orchards. Its main feature will be an actual operating steam locomotive pulling about 5 cars of passengers. The line is expected to be completed by next summer.
