Yolo Shortline Passenger Car Heritage Question

There is a stainless steel coach parked on a siding along the former Yolo Shortline in Woodland, CA. If it is PPCX 6023, then that is its last Amtrak number (6023), which would make it a former SAL/SCL coach built by Budd in 1947. Can anyone confirm? Thanks.

The other passenger car parked on the spur is a former SP baggage car (number unknown).
