Yes, 6023 is the former Amtrak number and the SAL/SCL Heritage you show is correct. This car was sold by Amtrak to an outfit in Emeryville, CA and used as an office for years. When the office complex was demolished for redevelopment, the car was sold to a private car owner in Los Angeles, who later sold it to Yolo Shortline. For some reason or another, the car was never used by YSL and was put up for sale some years ago.
