I know who you're talking about. I agree---that is definitely more along the lines of what I have in mind when I think of a "Railfan Residence". Sure, something on Tehachapi or having some nice big chunk of property and a 10,000 square foot house would be fricking awesome.....however, there's what we can afford, and what we can dream of. :)
