Very Late Empire Builders

The westbound Empire Builder #7 has been very late getting into Spokane. Saturday and Sunday it arrived after 1300 which means it was about 12 hours behind schedule. It was also very late one day earlier in the week. I think on Saturday and Sunday they didn't split off the Portland section and ran the whole train to Seattle.

BNSF freight traffic seems to be a lot less than a month or so ago when things were all jammed up so the delay must be somewhere further east.
