This article in the San Diego papper will only add fuel to the fire about "Those Californian's"
trying to "Lock-Up" Montana.

Anyway - this Tongue River railroad has been a hotbed of controversy since the 1930's and it appears that it will continue on for a few years more - maybe in the 2030's we'll have a big 100 year celebration about not being able to get along!
