Yes, the donated equipment will power itself into Fairplex. Actually, as I read it, the donated equpment will be much closer to the cut in--as soon as the 4014 is clear, it will move into the Fairplex, and the track returned to it's original location.
As far as time towing the 4014, it was inched accross the parking lot because of the temporary track, and checking all moving parts. Now that they have shown their ability to function, and it will be on solid rails, it will likely be towed at higher speeds.
