Got it, so I assume the closest point the donated equipment could be held is on the two main tracks between White Ave. and Fulton Rd. (actually, two main tracks continues east to Montclair).

That location would put it much closer than the two main tracks through Covina (between Irwindale Ave. and Barranca Ave.)

So I think I figured it out how it will all be shuffled around.
