prepping for putting in a connection south bound from the graham line to the Brooklyn sub. this when completed will allow direct running of intermodals to Brooklyn. I understand this connection is still pending getting permitting from the city of Portland. for those familiar with the area, this is also the location of the new UP offices that were moved out of the Brooklyn Rail Yard.

this certainly is a significant new siding.....Arlen
