Three more:

The Sumpter Valley, a 3' gauge line in Baker county Oregon, 5 miles rebuilt on a part of the original line which was abandoned ca 1947. Ran from Baker to Prairie City OR. Connected with UP at Baker Oregon.

The Washington Park and Zoo Railway in Portland Oregon. 2'6" gauge, about 2 miles of track.

The Silverwood Central, a 3' gauge seasonal steam train ride at the Silverwood theme park on US 95 near Athol, Idaho.

Also, isn't there some kind of 3' gauge tourist operation in Hawaii?
