Alfred,

As of August 27, 2013, Kim Fegert (Gold Hill Historical Society President) had the #8 relocated to a private storage site in Mound House, NV. Last I heard, the #8 was not accessible to the public. However, I'm sure Kim would be interested in finding a new operational home for the #8 as it isn't doing any good collecting dust.
