As we tried to point out earlier (apparently to no avail), the Washington State Democrat party takes it's marching orders directly from the Obama camp. They absolutely WILL NOT propose any legislation that flies in the face of the Obama agenda, regardless of the wishes of the State's residents.
And top eco-priorities per the Obama agenda is to (A) kill off American coal, including the export of our coal, and (B) slowly strangle to death our domestic/North American oil industry.
