The line is in place most of the way up to beautiful downtown Jacumba. I went out shooting on the border and you can see several sets of equipment on the segment up the hill from Plaster City. One fella was even renting time on the line with a high rail truck to move rock for a while on the line. The line is reparable and partially operable on several segments.
