As an aside, Regarding the Rotary plows. I recently saw a crew "training" with the newly rebuilt unit in Roseville. I do not recall if there was a "B" unit involved( I was dealing with kids and a wet roadway ) . My question is this, With the rebuild was there an upgrade to the prime mover as well? California is getting a bit more anal about emissions and Tier 4 is looming on the horizon. Had I not had the family with me that day I would have stopped to get a closer look as they were on the receiving track adjacent to Roseville rd.
