The old C-W yard at Jansen and about a mile of the ROW east (RR west) of the yard have been relaid as part of a transload operation which occupies the yard area and transfers truck-hauled Elk Creek coal into unit trains. Traffic is light, and there's barely enough to keep the transload operation going (if it hasn't shut down by now).
