PV heading east

I just saw an Amtrak led consist heading east near Davis on the Martinez subdivision of the ewwpee with Iowa Pacifics Chambersberg Inn, that long dome they had in Santa Cruz, The Royal Gorge, an amfleet long dome, an empire builder long dome and a bunch of other single level Amtrak cars- also a few other PV cars that I couldn't catch. Anyone know where it was headed? It looked to have people on board.

Also yesterday I saw two Amtrak locomotives pulling one of the NEC's a brand new Siemens electric locomotives- but it was heading west. Anyone know what they were up to? Thanks!
