Doubtful. The " Port " of Tillamook Bay does not have any actual port shipping facilities on the Pacific Ocean, which eliminates any such possibilities. As well, there are virtually no lumber mills left in this part of the Oregon Coast. The small amount of logging is trucked to mills in the Portland area, and maybe even Coos Bay as well. Inbound grain & feed for the dairy farms around Tillamook would probably not even pay their own way, let alone the cost to restore the line through the Coast Range from several washouts.
