STB site shows Watco-family Timber Rock RR ending operations (and BNSF coming back in to operate their old lines in East Texas).

Was rumored before but this is a big departure. Class One's have bought back shortlines when in a pinch for additional overhead capacity but this is heavy duty branch territory.

Did they just not renew the lease with Watco?
